About

Final year of uni!!! Cant wait for it to be over!! This is just a boring blog of randomness, with everything from figure skating and Nudie Jeans to outings with mates and crazy updates. Don't come back too often though, it takes me a while to put up anything new. I get a bit lazy, but what can I say, I am a procrastinating uni student...

I haven't written in this blog for a while.. and its about time I did. A lot has been happening.

Been applying for jobs for quite a while, and finally finished uni for the year. already been on holidays for two months.. and another two to go. its been pretty good. Dad's been here for Christmas and its been great seeing him again. Got heaps of presents for christmas, some great DVD's, clothes a Nintendo Wii and heaps more!! Haven't seen mum for a while tho and am starting to miss her.

The holidays haven't been too eventful.. Befriending international students is not recommended, it just leaves you friendless in the holidays, and ultimately at the end of your degree.

anyway.. on to happier things. I went back to alice for a week.. went n saw Nate n Patti, and met with Patti's family again. had some really nice dinners together. just good to catch up with them all. Had a great new years with my mates, first at Emma's place and then moving on to Town and Country and Casino. and went ice skating at the convention centre, who would have thought you can skate in the middle of the desert!! Other than that I got to see Nate play cricket and on my 2nd last day I went out for lunch with Nancy, bumped into Emma and Lisa on the way home. Followed by horse riding with Kylie in the evening and Dinner with Dad, Nate and Patti at the Casino. all in all a great day.

I have been in touch with Crumpler for a while now as they have been the most promising in regard to work opportunity. and they offered me an interview, but it turned out I was in alice for that... I managed to get another chance and had the interview today. they said they'd be in touch within the next couple of days to let me know if i got the job or not... two hours later they called me and said they'd like to offer me the position, so I immediately said yes! I start work on Monday and cant wait! So dad and I did a bit of shopping today after the interview, bought some new clothes I can wear to work, still gotta get some pants and shoes tho. Even though most of the money will be going to rent, I still cant wait to get started! and its for a great Australian company, which makes it even better =)

Anyway, I think thats about it for now.. til next time
